On Saturday, April 27, the Young Democrats of Forsyth County (YDFC) hosted its second Breakfast Club Brunch at the C.G. O’Kelly Library on the campus of Winston-Salem State University. The event was widely attended by students from WSSU and Wake Forest University.

The Breakfast Club Brunch was created by YDFC member Jon McLamb to offer mentoring programs to help build diversity among Wake Forest Law students.

This year’s brunch yielded a great response from students at both WSSU and WFU and created a future networking relationship between students on both campuses.

The Young Democrats of Forsyth County is open to any Democrat under the age of 36 who is looking to take an active role in our political process. The Young Democrats of Forsyth County work closely with the Forsyth County Democratic Party, North Carolina Democratic Party, and Young Democrats of North Carolina, to ensure that they can make a meaningful impact locally and statewide.
