Senior Games/SilverArts has been able to continue their competition this year with just a few adjustments. The Literary Arts entries were recently judged by members of Winston-Salem Writers as in the past, with each category having three judges using a 10-point rating system. The Visual and Heritage Arts competitions will be on view at the downtown Central Library during the month of April and those winners will be announced later this month. The Performing Arts will be filmed and judged by video later this month.
As a scientist for Reynolds American, one of the largtest and best recognized companies in Winston-Salem, Colleen Foy’s job duties include analyzing training, product process, and product services; however, it does not include event planning or fundraising. One of the things that brings her the most satisfaction as a Reynolds employee is the opportunity to plan, organize and host activities that support local nonprofits.
